Schwarber in the month of August has 12 hits in 25 at bats, two doubles, five home runs, 10 RBI, and four walks. He’s slashing .480/.552/1.160 with a 1.712 OPS.
That’s a six-game sample size, not a large one, but encompasses two road series against good teams. He came out of the All-Star Break slow, like everyone else in the lineup, logging just two hits against Pittsburgh and Minnesota. The Cleveland series was a six-hit, three-dinger turnaround, but he went cold against the Yankees and didn’t get back to being himself until the Phils vacated the Delaware Valley for Seattle.
There have only been three 3-home run Phillies games going back to 2008, when Jayson Werth clubbed a trio against Toronto. Bryce Harper did it earlier this year and “Bamboo” Brad Miller blasted three against the Cubbies.
Couple more good stats here:
Kyle Schwarber has 27 home runs and a .390 OBP.
The only other major-leaguers matching/exceeding both categories are Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge and Juan Soto.

Here’s one for you @jaysonst :
Kyle Schwarber became just the fifth player to ever have 4+ hits, 3+ HR and 7+ RBI in a game in which his team scored fewer than 10 runs and won the game. The others?

1970 Orlando Cepeda
