Eagles media news. D Gunn, Seth Joyner, and Farzy are doing an Eagles pre and post-game show this season:

All three were doing the JAKIB Media postgame show last year, which was sponsored by Pond Lehocky and streamed at the 6 ABC website, so it looks like the trio essentially just broke off from JAKIB and brought the presenting sponsor with them.

If you’ve read any of our reporting on the topic, you know JAKIB Media and owner Joe Krause have been involved in litigation with former contributors over allegations that those contributors were not paid in full. Rob Ellis sued for $8,100, a case that Krause won in court, though Ellis told Crossing Broad he received a portion of the money he was owed when the suit was filed. Mike Missanelli, meantime, filed a civil complaint in Montgomery County asking for $65,000 in unpaid compensation for the word he did for JAKIB. Krause claims that Missanelli did not fulfill his contractual obligations and told us in a statement that contributors are independent contractors who are “paid in full when they work & fulfill, NOT when they don’t. – The Court ruled in our favor in the Ellis Matter and will rule in our favor against Missanelli.”
