Nick Sirianni Chirping with Fans After BIG WIN Over Powerhouse Cleveland Browns

This happened after the game:

Assuming he’s jawing with Eagles fans because I can’t imagine there was a pocket of Browns fans sitting directly behind the Eagles bench. Sirianni is getting killed for this because people think it looks stupid going back and forth with supporters after a win that wasn’t very inspiring. Maybe it’s better to just walk off the field and do the postgame presser and go look at the film and move on to the next one.

Counterpoint: we didn’t care about Sirianni yelling at fans (ours or theirs) when the Eagles were winning consistently. He did this in KC after they took out the Chiefs in Arrowhead last season. Did it when they beat Indy in Indy to improve to 9-1 en route to the Super Bowl. Do you want a passionate coach who gives a shit, or do you want him yukking it up with Kevin Stefanski after the game while preparing for tomorrow’s appearance on the Micah Parsons podcast? Not saying these are mutually exclusive, but after Avonte Maddox and Darius Slay after Week 4, I’ll bet there are some people out there happy to see some fire from someone, anyone.

Just playing Devil’s advocate here. You want a guy that cares, but who also knows how to read the room. Not sure Sirianni is ever going to be that guy. He is who he is.
