News ahead of Sunday’s playoff game:

Sucks to see anyone go down like this, especially with an injury that will carry through the offseason and affect the following season. It will, of course, benefit the Eagles on Sunday, as Watson caught 29 passes this year for 620 yards and two touchdowns. He’s the best chunk yardage threat that Jordan Love has, and he averaged 21.4 yards per reception. He scored against the Eagles in Brazil and averaged about five targets per game during the mid-year stretch in which the Packers went 6-1.

Love will have Jayden Reed, Tucker Kraft, Dontayvion Wicks, and Romeo Doubs for the playoff game. Josh Jacobs caught 36 passes for 342 yards and a TD. There isn’t necessarily a tier-1 superstar in that skill group, but they’ve got a solid stable of guys who can make things happen, so the Eagles need to be aware and alert. Go Birds.
