Not sure what D Hop is on about:

There was a bad call on A.J. Brown early, which forced an Eagles punt. Then a make-up call on Trent McDuffie for the slightest of hits to Dallas Goedert’s helmet. Those two ended up being a wash. Charles Omenihu lined up offside on a third down, which wasn’t debatable, then Nick Bolton delivered the late hit on Saquon Barkley. There was an offensive holding on Trey Smith then an ineligible lineman downfield when Patrick Mahomes was running for his life. At that point, the game was basically out of reach.

The Eagles, meantime, had two pre-snap penalties on Rick Lovato. There was an unsportsmanlike conduct on Milton “LeBron James” Williams for the goalpost dunk, a mid-game holding on Landon Dickerson, and nothing else meaningful. Chiefs fans wanted roughing the passer on Jalen Carter for hitting Mahomes in the face on the strip sack, but it wasn’t called.

Final stats: Chiefs, seven penalties for 75 yards. Eagles, eight penalties for 59 yards. The two big controversial calls early in the game canceled each other out, and from there it was pretty much an ass kicking. The Birds took the game out of the refs’ hands.
