Joshua Uche? Yeah Sure, Why Not
Eagles move:
Pass-rush help for Philadelphia: Eagles reached agreement today on a one-year deal with former Chiefs free-agent LB Joshua Uche, who now will try to help replace Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham. Deal negotiated by Drew Rosenhaus and Kyle Lincoln. pic.twitter.com/wKGH2MHJGw

26 years old, a second round pick in 2020 out of Michigan. He played four hit-or-miss seasons for the Patriots but did have an 11.5 sack year in 2022. He was a rotational outside linebacker and edge rusher up there and showed flashes.
The Eagles are obviously going to look for value in the margins this offseason, guys who maybe could use a change of scenery or system. Low-risk, one-year deals for players who might take the next step under coaches like Vic Fangio, in this instance. Josh Uche doesn’t move the needle, but neither did Zack Baun, and we all saw how that turned out. In Howie we trust, etc. etc., he’s got 20 draft picks coming up over the next two seasons and they’re gonna reload sooner rather than later.
