No surprises here:

It looks to be about $2 million in savings, starting in June, and then dead cap hits of $3 million and $7 million in 2025 and 2026. That’s according to Spotrac.

Tough road for Bradberry, who didn’t play this season. He was learning the safety position after a poor 2023 but tore his Achilles in preseason and instead pivoted to helping a young DB room from a veteran mentor perspective. Bradberry seemed to take it in stride and had some really mature and positive things to say about it in the locker room after the Eagles won it all. He definitely gave off team player vibes and it was good to see him win a ring:

You go back to 2022 and he was second team All-Pro opposite Darius Slay. Had a really nice season with three picks and 17 PBUs and came up three points short of a Super Bowl ring in the first Chiefs matchup. It’s a shame that season ended with the holding call in the fourth quarter with the game on the line, but remember that nobody on that defense made a big play during that entire game. Bradberry seemed like a good guy. Best of luck to him.
