Jason Garrett is out, Mike McCarthy is in, according to every news outlet that is reporting this at the same time:
Cowboys are expected to hire former Packers HC Mike McCarthy, as @JayGlazer reported.

McCarthy won a Super Bowl with Green Bay and followed it up with six-straight playoff appearances before that relationship ran its course. He’s an experienced, veteran coach, so Jerry Jones went down that road instead of bringing in some young stud like a rumored Lincoln Riley. Should be interesting to see how McCarthy fills out the staff in Dallas, or if Jerry does it for him. Who knows.
