Phillies Employees Receiving COVID Tests in Stadium Parking Lot

This is quite the scene down at CBP right now, where testing is underway:

Earlier, Ken Rosenthal reported that the Phillies would test today and then go right home, with the results being sent to Rutgers for 24 hour turnaround. Matt Gelb and John Clark reported that Phils staff working in the Marlins clubhouse were in quarantine while the Marlins themselves remain in Philadelphia pending results of their tests.
One of the key questions now surrounds hotel staff, and their exposure to the Miami players. If the Marlins decided to play without revealing COVID-positive tests, did they endanger hotel workers in addition to Phillies players and staff?
Lots of questions!
