Suspended Hornets Broadcaster Calls N-Word Tweet a “Horrific Error”

Oh no.
The Charlotte Hornets’ play-by-play announcer currently finds himself suspended indefinitely for sending a tweet that used the N word, and it’s a hard R, too.
John Focke was commenting on the Jazz/Nuggets game on Twitter, when he sent this instead:
Oof.
Did his phone autocorrect Nuggets to the N-word instead? And if so, wouldn’t that suggest that he uses the slur frequently? That’s a topic of discussion on social media, though I’m not sure the technology guiding autocorrect would pass for infallible evidence in a court of law (though the court of public opinion is certainly more loose).
