DeSean Jackson Reportedly Out “Several Weeks” with High Ankle Sprain

Not a good early diagnosis for DeSean:
#Eagles WR DeSean Jackson is feared to have suffered a high-ankle sprain that caused him to leave the stadium in a boot last night, source said. He’ll have an MRI today, but would be out several weeks.

This was a cheap shot. He was already on the ground when Madre Harper careened into him. And the first hit was a lowering of the helmet as well. Harper will probably fined by the NFL.
It’s disappointing for DeSean, who has just been wracked with injuries since returning to the Birds last season. He had three receptions for 34 yards and a carry for 12 yards before he was forced out of Thursday night’s win.
Bummer for D Jax, and for the Eagles, too, who are now back to the Fulgham/Ward/Hightower receiver grouping unless Alshon Jeffery can make it back for the next game. Jalen Reagor remains on the shelf.
UPDATE –
#Eagles WR DeSean Jackson had his MRI this morning and it confirmed the ankle injury knocks him out indefinitely. Philly will place Jackson on Injured Reserve but he does have a chance to return.
