Some news ahead of tonight’s game:

Puck drops at 7 p.m. in the ‘Burgh. Due to league protocol, the Penguinos did not have a morning skate.

As of right now, the game is still on, though it’s a little worrisome because the Flyers just got everybody off the list after two weeks of COVID baloney.

Crosby had three goals and seven assists in February. The Pens went 6-5 in that time span and they’re now 11-8-1 on the season after ripping off a couple of overtime wins and a shootout victory over the Islanders.

Edit –

Here’s a quote on the situation:

“Each situation is determined by our medical advisors in accordance with its precise facts and circumstances. The determination is not a standardized, one size fits all approach.” – Bill Daly, Deputy Commissioner and Chief Legal Officer of the NHL.
