Tuesday’s status is up in the air now.
It’s annoying, isn’t it? The Eagles were ready to play on Sunday, but Washington was ravaged by COVID issues. So the NFL pushes the game 48 hours into the work week, and now they’ve been able to pull the following guys off the COVID list:
- WR Cam Sims
- DE Daniel Wise
- DT Jonathan Allen
- DE James Smith-Williams
- DE Montez Sweat
- DE Casey Toohill
Would Dickerson have been able to play if the game remained on Sunday? Probably not, because he got tested in the morning and would have been flagged before kickoff. He was a DNP on Sunday’s injury report, which would seem to confirm that. If he can’t go on Tuesday, I don’t even know what they do. Brandon Brooks, Jack Driscoll, and Isaac Seumalo are all out. Nate Herbig is over at right guard. The have Sua Opeta, Andre Dillard, Le’Raven Clark, and Brett Toth to work with. Seems like Opeta will be the guy.
