RIP to Philadelphia Eagles Fan Bob Saget

Montco native Bob Saget died Sunday at the age of 65. He was found unresponsive in an Orlando hotel room and authorities have yet to release a cause of death, though the local sheriff’s office said there were “no signs of foul play or drug use.”
Saget graduated from Abington High School and Temple University in the 1970s. You knew him as Danny Tanner on the sitcom Full House, and for his role as the original host of America’s Funniest Home Videos. He did raunchy stand-up comedy and my personal favorite appearance was his cameo in the 1998 film Half Baked, where he asked Dave Chappelle if he had ever “sucked dick for coke.”
Saget was a Philadelphia sports fan. He actually appeared on Lane Johnson’s Youtube show in 2020, where he noted that he was a “Philly boy” and Birds supporter. He received his own Eagles trading card:
Fly Eagles Fly with @bobsaget! Who wants one of his limited edition @Eagles trading cards?! 🦅

The thing that makes this suck even more is that Saget was active online shortly before his death. He was back to touring and had a bunch of dates lined up, including a hometown appearance at the Keswick Theater:
Loved tonight’s show @PV_ConcertHall in Jacksonville. Appreciative audience. Thanks again to @RealTimWilkins for opening. I had no idea I did a 2 hr set tonight. I’m happily addicted again to this shit. Check https://t.co/nqJyTiiezU for my dates in 2022. pic.twitter.com/pEgFuXxLd3

Pretty sad. RIP Bob Saget. The Eagles need to go out and win the Super Bowl for him.
EDIT – I forgot to post this clip, which is another good one:
Will never forget when we brought Bob Saget onto the En Eff El Draft Show with every Barstool Eagles fan and the man was trying to hawk trading cards while all of Philadelphia was on the edge of their seat. What a legend. RIP. pic.twitter.com/G0lk1vXYtj
