“We are in the deal zone between Harden and Simmons,” per @WindhorstESPN on @GetUpESPN
“I suspect they are gonna get it done. I can’t tell you they are gonna get it done. But it’s trending in that direction.”

We’re in the deal zone? Awesome. Not the “danger zone,” as Kenny Loggins once sang about back in 1986. Great song.
In case you missed it, James Harden didn’t play on Tuesday night because of a “hamstring issue.” Our sources say it was trade deadline-itis, as the Sixers and Nets jockey for position here. Brooklyn got their doors blown off and they’re on a losing streak approaching double-digits, so there’s a lot for GM Sean Marks to consider. Is Harden committed? Is Kyrie worth it? When is Kevin Durant coming back? There are a lot of moving parts up there, so that organization has some decisions to make.
Keep in mind, it’s Windhorst reporting this, and he’s been totally wrong before, so buckle up folks.
