Man this dude HATES his job. He doesn’t care about taxpayer money because he’s almost done being mayor. That money could go to any number of useful things, like new carpets at Abbott Elementary.
Kenney is basically Scarface from Half Baked at this point. Turn around and ask me for heffer with cheese! He’s one fast food order from just blowing up and quitting on the spot.
