From Jeff at CBS:

Naturally, fans seem to think this is the precursor to a Budda Baker or Devin White trade, but it’s really par for the course when it comes to Howie Roseman. It would be bigger news if he DIDN’T restructure someone’s contract and create void years off the back end and blah blah. Lane Johnson and Jason Kelce will have cap hits when they are 40 years old and no longer playing, so really Howie is a wizard at kicking the can down the road and moving money around to maximize the current football epoch we’re all living in. Nobody can make the money disappear outright, but spreading it out lets the Eagles do what they do, which is build Super Bowl-quality rosters in the near term.
