This is Definitely a Real and Not Made-Up Stat From Doc Rivers

Doc Rivers, in the middle of an answer about the Sixers' free throws in Game 2: "This is more of a league stat, not our stat, the two guys that get fouled the most in the league and it's not called are James and Joel. In the whole league! And that's a fact."

This stat is most definitely not made up and actually very very real and there is nothing you can do to debunk it. I don’t see The Ringer adding this to their arguments over Nikola Jokic vs. Joel Embiid’s for MVP. It’s fact. But not from the Sixers. From the league. Sources? Trust me bro.
This is next-level thinking from Doc. Make up a stat that sounds believable, but that no one can actually fact check. It’s like when you were told that if a penny drops from the Empire State Building and hits someone it will instantly kill them. Or if you jerk off too much you’ll go blind. I don’t know if either will actually happen, but I know I don’t have the stones to test it out. Top 15 for a reason folks.
