So was this the meeting that delayed the press conference? Who knows, but the Eagles seem to have their new DC locked up:

Fangio now will be the top target for the Philadelphia Eagles to hire as their defensive coordinator, and a deal is expected. I don’t know why the Eagles are so in love with this guy, but they are. His defenses haven’t been all-world since he was in Denver and the Dolphins defense was middle of the road last year.
