Flyers Trading Sean Walker to Colorado

That didn’t take long. With Nick Seeler on IR, Sean Walker is reportedly being dealt to Colorado:

Anthony shared the following on Twitter: “Could the assets net the Flyers another player in a separate deal? They’re looking at Jakob Chychrun from Ottawa and might use these assets from Colorado to try to do it.”

Ryan Johansen has been in the league for a long time. After this season, he’s got one more year remaining on an eight million dollar deal that is actually cut in half, $4 million AAV because Nashville is eating the other 50% of it. There are reports saying, however, that he’s going on waivers:

The other report out there is that the 1st rounder is in 2025. There’s wheeling and dealing going on here. Will continue to update as more details become available.

EDIT – Johansen is indeed on waivers, and the Flyers are throwing in a 5th:
