Want to Roast Terrell Owens? Here’s Your Chance
By Kyle Scott
Published:
A few weeks ago we told you about the Terrell Owens Roast on February 20. It’s hosted by Joe Conklin and will include appearances by many WIP on-air personalities, current and former Eagles, and other local notables.
Here’s your chance to be a part of it.
We’ve been offered the opportunity to open up the final roasting spot to a reader. That’s right– you, roasting T.O., in front of all his (former) friends.
I have no idea what kind of response this will get. If we get, like, two submissions and they both suck, then we’re not awarding a winner. But that’s not the goal. So, want to roast T.O. next Thursday night, no holds barred? Here’s all you need to do:
1) Create a video, no longer than 90 seconds, roasting either T.O. or another local athlete (if you want to save your T.O. material for the big night).
2) Post it to YouTube with #TORoast somewhere in the title.
3) Send it to me. You agree that we can post the video.
That’s it. We’ll keep you updated.
If you don’t want to roast and just want to go– you can get tickets here.
