The Mets are Drafting Enforcers to Stop the Phillies

Get a load of this crazy guy the Mets drafted in the 15th round:

If only the Mets had this guy when Jeff McNeil got bitched up by Rhys Hoskins in the beginning of the year. who took them deep the next game. Maybe the Mets would be in the NL East hunt if they had some dog in them. This dude would Terry Tate guys in the locker room for going 0-4 at the plate.

The Mets are hiring hitmen to pitch while the Phillies are drafting pitchers named Titan who who throw 100mph and look like this:

The next decade of NL East baseball is going to be amazing! I did a little bit of research into this story to see what caused it and it didn’t seem like much. My favorite part is the team the pitcher tackled having to forfeit the next two games because they didn’t have enough players due to suspensions (via ABC13.COM):

The game where this occurred was the first of a four-game series between the schools, but with the suspensions there have been some changes.

Game one is a double forfeit, while games two and three will be forfeits for North Central Texas because now they don’t have enough players to field a team.

So the game this Woodward kid was losing becomes a double forfeit, therefore the loss is wiped away from his stats and the home run never happened. While also grabbing two more wins for his team. Who’s running JUCO down in Texas, David Stern?
