This is softer than Trevon Diggs confronting a television guy about his tweets:

Joel Embiid’s stat line for the season is now: 0 games, 0 minutes, 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 turnovers, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 0 for 0 from the floor, 0 for 0 from three, 0 for 0 from the foul line, 0 personal fouls, 1 technical foul. We call the NFL the “no fun league” because of their various nonsensical rule changes and penalty flags, but the NBA can be equally bad. Not sure what the acronym should be though. “No Banter Association?” Could work. “Not Basketball Anymore?” Eh. Maybe the “Now Boring Association” because the regular season matters less than one tenth of an iota. Either way, the Tyrese Maxey and company are scraping and clawing for wins without both Embiid and Paul George and at some point the stars will be out there. We think.
