Adam Schefter, who is a cyborg, reports that the Eagles have reached an agreement with cornerback Nolan Carroll (two Rs, two Ls– got it). He played in all 16 games for the Dolphins last year and had three interceptions.

UPDATE: Pro Football Focus has him ranked way down on their list of free agent corners, and certainly nowhere near the top 10. He does get a 0.4 rating, which is slightly better than average. They also note that he ranked 66th out of 110 in coverage last year among cornerbacks.
