Crossing Streams (Episode 16): Special Guest Jay Wright
By Kyle Scott
Published:
I’m joined by Villanova head coach Jay Wright. We talk about Villanova’s season, coaching in the NCAA Tournament, his favorite players that he’s coached at Nova, suits, conference realignment, and how he didn’t kill someone when Allan Ray was called for traveling against North Carolina in 2005. The interview was recorded a few weeks ago as part of a promotion for Dove Men+Care. Jay, along with several other college coaches, is a spokesperson for Dove. Unlike some other media tours, we were able to have a decent 20-minute conversation. Obviously, we weren’t able to discuss the conclusion of the season and Villanova’s NCAA Tournament matchup. Jay’s commercial will begin airing this week and you can see it on DoveMenCare.com.
After Jay, I’m joined by my longtime friend and college roommate, Matt. We talked about Villanova’s and St. Joe’s tournament chances, the NCAA bracket, and the Phillies.
