A few years back, Mike Missanelli launched a personal website featuring biographical information, podcast and cameo links, contact information, and other things. When you go to the site now, however, there’s a blurb saying this:

“Notice of Website Termination. This website (MikeMiss.com) is no longer active and will be permanently terminated soon. The owners of this website will be pursuing legal action against Mike Missanelli for unpaid balances related to the breach of a website services management agreement, as well as for his actions concerning a third-party service provider. For any inquiries, please contact paulweissmanlegal@gmail.com.”

The message is posted directly to the home page, along with a link to an article that basically lists out all of Mike’s trangressions over the years. According to the terms of service, the site is owned and operated by “Skyride Media Management,” doing business as “MikeMiss Ventures.” MMV is the entity handling Mike’s business and charity affairs and is run by a guy named Marc Falcone, according to a 2021 article. A further dive reveals that Falcone’s company is “Trendsetters Inc,” which confirms on its website the control of MikeMiss.com.

An accompanying statement was sent to media from the “Paul Weissman” Gmail account:

Philadelphia, PA – Mike Missanelli is currently engaged in a lawsuit against Jakob (sic) Media for an unpaid balance related to services rendered. In addition, legal action is being prepared regarding outstanding payments for services provided for the management of the MikeMiss.com website.

Despite the services provided, Mr. Missanelli has only made a partial payment, with the remaining balance dating back to April 2023. A portion of this outstanding amount was paid in November 2024, but a significant balance remains unpaid.

The firm extended a flexible payment arrangement, allowing Mr. Missanelli to settle the balance through third-party service revenues until the full amount was repaid. However, only a minor portion of the debt was covered through this arrangement. Furthermore, Mr. Missanelli acted maliciously by accessing a private account without authorization, altering banking information, and redirecting funds to his personal account.

Further details will be disclosed as the legal process unfolds.

As of publication, there is no documentation in the court system, at least none that we were able to find. I also could not find “Paul Weissman” in a search of local lawyers and firms. As you may be aware, Missanelli is suing JAKIB Media’s Joe Krause for what he says amounts to more than $50,000 in unpaid work for the Philadelphia Eagles postgame show and other duties performed in recent years. That lawsuit has been going on for more than six months now despite multiple efforts from Krause to get it tossed.

One of the other things we stumbled upon was a Twitter account called @PhillyBuzzLine, which has attacked Mike in recent weeks, but in the past promoted his website. The account posted about the termination notice and also about WIP’s big win against Missanelli in the last ratings book. It also shares a rumor that Mike recently bought a house in South Carolina.

Going through the replies however, there is a combination of customer service and promotion relating to everything Mike was doing independently, like his cooking show:

The account is followed by former 97.5 the Fanatic employees and some Parx Casino folks, more or less confirming that it was once a promotional/support account for Mike’s website. It looks like things went south at some point, and the account was rebranded and is now being used to attack Missanelli.

We reached out to Mike for comment and will update with his side of the story. There’s definitely some fishy stuff going on here! We’ll get to the bottom of it.

EDIT – Mike told us this on Thursday:

“This guy (Marc Falcone) has been a leech on me for several years with promises to make money through marketing me. He hasn’t made me one cent even though I paid him more than 12k in his ‘fees.’ He got me involved to do Cameo shoutouts where monies were going into his account and not mine, even as I was doing the hundreds of shoutouts. Finally, I wised up and cut all ties with him. His malicious responses are simply bitterness at being fired.”

EDIT 2 –

Here’s a statement sent via the Paul Weissman Gmail account:

“Public Falsehoods Are One Thing—But Under Oath, They’re Perjury.”

“Mike Missanelli has made public statements that are factually incorrect. His recent comments regarding the Crossing Broad column are demonstrably false. There is clear documentation, communication, and a record of actions that directly contradict his claims.

Mike has made serious allegations without presenting the full context—or the truth. We strongly urge him to stop spreading defamatory and baseless narratives. Misrepresenting the facts does not alter reality.

As an active attorney, Mr. Missanelli should be fully aware that such conduct—particularly when made publicly and without merit—carries not only reputational risks but also potential legal consequences. His well-documented history of professional and workplace misconduct further underscores the seriousness of making reckless and misleading statements.

It’s striking that Mr. Missanelli is currently suing JAKIB Media for nonpayment—relying on documentation, timelines, and factual accuracy—while now making public claims that ignore those very standards. You can’t insist on precision and integrity when it benefits you, then abandon both when you’re the one being challenged.”

EDIT 3 – a follow up statement from the Paul Weissman Gmail account:

Statement Regarding Lawsuit Against Mike Missanelli

The lawsuit against Mike Missanelli has been prepared. The delay in filing was due in part to his recent public statement on the matter, which, upon legal review, rises to the level of actionable libel.

The lawsuit will be filed in a timely manner, which may or may not coincide with Mike’s existing legal dispute with Jakib Media. The irony of that situation is not lost on us, especially given the context and relevance to this matter.
