Breaking Down Pennsylvania Online Casino September 2025 Revenue
Pennsylvania releases its monthly data and highlights adjusted gaming revenue. That total removes promotional dollars from the gross gaming revenue total. The adjusted revenue from the state was $233.4 million.
PGCB also lists the revenue by licensee. Online casinos launched in Pennsylvania in 2019, with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate iGaming. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Some of the licensees operate multiple online casino brands in the state. However, their revenue is reported collectively.

The lowest total thus far in 2025 is $261.5 million, which happened in February. That total still bested any month throughout 2024, aside from December, which recorded $281.2 million.
Currently, through nine months of 2025, Pennsylvania online casinos are averaging $280.2 million. If that kept pace, Pennsylvania would finish with $3.36 billion in online casino revenue for the year. Based on recent months, we can expect The Keystone State to keep putting up numbers even beyond that.
