The Pennsylvania online casino industry surpassed $300 million in monthly revenue once again in November.
According to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, PA online casinos recorded $304.4 million last month. While that falls shy of the $312.5 million record they did in October, it is still a 20.7% increase from the $252.2 million the state did in November 2024.
No state other than Pennsylvania has been able to hit the $300 million mark for monthly revenue. The Keystone State has now done it in back-to-back months.
Breaking Down Pennsylvania Online Casino November 2025 Revenue
November’s revenue was an increase of over $50 million compared to a year ago.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board provided the latest numbers, highlighting their adjusted gaming revenue. That total removes promotional dollars from the gross revenue total. The adjusted revenue in November was $242.7 million.
The PGCB also lists their iGaming revenue by licensee. Online casino gaming launched in the state in 2019 with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate in the state. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Many of these licensees are affiliated with more than one online casino brand in Pennsylvania. However, their revenue is reported collectively.

Pennsylvania Remains in Revenue Driver’s Seat
Though online casino revenue is down in November across the US thus far, Pennsylvania is still sitting on top with $304.4 million.
New Jersey online casinos produced $250 million in revenue for November, a dip of $7.3 million from October.
Michigan online casinos fell to $248.4 million in November, a drop of nearly $30 million compared to October. That was due largely to a $22.4 million jackpot that was won last month by a Michigan DraftKings player.
