Eagles news:

Buffalo has to be top of the list for all of these candidates. Go coach prime Josh Allen and inherit a roster that’s good enough to win it all with a few tweaks. Daboll’s work as OC up there was what got him the Giants job in the first place.

But the Titans’ OC gig feels like a safe job. No pressure down there. Low expectation environment. You’ve got a brand new coaching staff, a sophomore quarterback, and the least-interesting division in football. Not a lot of eyeballs on the AFC South compared to the big market teams in the big divisions. People will spin this into some “Coordinator X doesn’t want to work with Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni” type of thing, but we don’t know much about this interview process at all. There are a LOT of openings out there, both head coach and coordinator, so it’s an employee market right now and that’s not usually the case. These candidates have a lot of options.
