Get a load of this guy taking a shot at Philadelphia during a press briefing about World Cup tickets:

“Now I know that Philly fans may try to crash this lottery, and get revenge for the home games the Knicks won. But New York is actually a sports town, and we are giving our tickets to sports fans.”

The background here is that Mamdani secured 1,000 World Cup tickets at $50 each, which will be offered to New York City residents who can’t afford to pay $500 million, or whatever the get-in price is now. It’s a lot of money. And while this is a nice gesture from the famous rapper, it’s funny to hear Mamdani talk up New York City when the World Cup games are in New Jersey.

The thing about Mamdani is that this guy is getting cocky. He’s really feeling himself after Arsenal finally won the Premier League for the first time in 2004. And the Knicks are probably going to the NBA Finals after the PATHETIC Cleveland Cavaliers choked away Game 1 on Tuesday night. So this dude probably couldn’t wait to take a shot at Philadelphia. He’s so full of confidence right now because his teams are finally good after years of being shit. It’s really annoying.

That being said, I need Philly politicians and World Cup committee members to really lean into this. I need Cherelle Parker and Dan Hilferty to fire back at Mamdani. Our committee is doing things the right way. The fan festival at Lemon Hill is free to attend and subway rides to “Philadelphia Stadium” are only $2.90. Those rat bastards up north get their $50 ticket and then have to pay $100 to take the train to MetLife. What kind of deal is that? Oh wow, they reduced the price from $150 to $98! Plus, MetLife is a total dump. Philly fans won’t crash the lottery because nobody wants to go to MetLife anyway.

Mr. Cardamom is officially on the shitlist:

editor’s note: I was gonna do a socialism joke, like Hilferty should “redistribute his foot up Mamdani’s ass,” but sometimes our liberal readers get annoyed, and accuse us of being MAGA, so I held off this time.
