Arrest of Dallas Cowboy Allows for Promotion of Berks County Guy
Football broadcasting news:
This is great to see, and I’m not just saying that because Ross is a local guy who came on the podcast a few years back to draft Berks County athletes. I think Ross does a legitimately good job with color commentary and was deserving of a bigger platform whether Tony Romo got himself arrested or not.
You know Tucker from his work on the Eagles preseason games, and have listened to him call college football on television or Thursday Night Football on the radio. He did the Birds’ regular season with Tanner McKee under center this past season, go figure. He had been paired with Tom McCarthy as part of the sixth CBS broadcast crew, which doesn’t always get a game each week. Now he’s gonna be on the 2nd pair with Ian Eagle and Evan Washburn, which is pretty dope.
I’ve always said we need to get rid of the Dallas Cowboys in broadcasting and replace them with Wyomissing guys.
