Hey, the clusterfuck that is the Philadelphia Eagles continued today. According to Sal Paolantonauoionaotonio, the Eagles offered their defensive consultant position to former Browns and Jets coach Eric Mangini.
Mangini, who is now with ESPN, offered the following answer: No.
Who can blame him?
The Eagles have denied the existence of such position, but, you know, they lie about these things.
Also of note: According to Derrick Gunn, host of Gunn-on-One!, Jason Avant called a players only meeting today. Oh to be a fly on you, wall.
