Pennsylvania Online Casino revenue

A new Fiscal Year started for Pennsylvania online casinos in July, and it’s off to a good start.

In July, PA online casinos recorded $311.9 million in revenue, the sixth-highest monthly total in the state’s history.

It was a 2.9% jump from June’s $303.1 million, and a 12.3% increase compared to July 2025’s $277.9 million.

Breaking Down PA Online Casino July 2026 Revenue

Revenue for the month and fiscal year are provided by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). Their reported totals are for adjusted gross revenue (AGR), which removes promotional dollars spent each month. The AGR for July was $249.0 million. We report the gross revenue total, which doesn’t factor in the promotional spend.

The PGCB also lists iGaming revenue by licensee, not by each online casino operator. Online casino gaming launch in PA in 2019 with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate in the state. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Many of the Pennsylvania licensees are tied to more than one online casino brand in the state. However, revenue is reported collectively.

Here’s a look at the gross revenue by licensee for July.

2026 Revenue Up 13%

Through seven months of 2026, the PA iGaming revenue is up 13% compared to a year ago.

Right now, Pennsylvania has brought in just under $2.20 billion. At this point in 2025, the state had built up $1.94 billion.

By the end of the year, Pennsylvania set a US iGaming revenue record with $3.46 billion in 2025.

It’s clear Pennsylvania will surpass that by a comfortable margin. On average, PA is putting up $313.6 million per month in 2026. Should that hold up, the state will finish with $3.76 billion in iGaming revenue.

If Pennsylvania is able to maintain the 13% growth compared to 2025, that would push the state to $3.91 billion in 2026 revenue.

It’s not likely we see PA get to the $4 billion mark in 2026, but that’s certainly a safe bet in 2027 considering the steady growth the state has seen each month.
