I’m only a Browns fan bc my dad is a giants fan and growing up i liked OBJ. I was going out tonight and threw on full sixers gear bc even though it’s not basketball season yet I simply couldn’t justify putting my Chubb jersey on. I’m just tryna be an eagles fan for this season until Watson is gone bc there’s no way we’re actually starting this dude. – Edit: I also formally apologize for raising a Browns flag while the stadium was doing the wave in the 2024 preseason”
Unfortunately, the answer is no. U/DJdaJDofficial is not allowed to defect because this amounts to bandwagon jumping, and bandwagon jumping in all forms must be denounced. If the Eagles were shit, this individual would be more than welcome. But the Eagles are good, and we can’t sit here for 50 years and decry frontrunners that got into the Lakers, Cowboys, Yankees, Manchester City, Duke, etc., only to turn around and open the gates to Eagles fandom.
The gates remain closed. Maybe this is an asshole thing to do, but there must be authenticity in sports fandom. U/DJdaJDofficial must ride out the hard years with the Browns. It’s gonna be dope when that team finally turns the corner and those fans get the pay off they deserve.
