Per every goddamn baseball writer on Twitter, Manny Ramirez has announced his retirement to Major League Baseball. According to the Red Sox broadcast on NESN (hey, it's Friday, I have MLB.tv, and work in my basement), MLB recently notified Manny of an "issue" with the MLB drug policy. So he retired.
