Michael Vick is being honored by the… deep breath… Southeastern Virginia Arts Association for "overcoming obstacles" and being an example of "life success for all to emulate."
Perhaps they might want to just skip over the 27-29 years.

"People talk about Michael Vick like he was a convicted felon, well so was Jesus Christ, yet he was able to do things above and beyond the naysayers."
Just think, if the Romans would have just slapped Jesus with the franchise tag, history may be different. Too far?
