First off, really fine work from the Kings social media team, again. Second, is this the saddest line you’ve ever read about the Flyers? Luke Schenn, who explained that he waited in the parking lot at the airport with his brother while the trade was being finalized: “If you were to pick a spot to go to in the league I mean this would be definitely right at the top. Pretty hard to believe that if you’re going to get traded, you get traded to a place like this.” What a weird world in which the Kings are more desirable to play for than the Flyers. But can you blame him when the coach has the kind of cocky confidence Sutter has? Flyers West, going strong.
