Brings a tear to my eye.
At the moment, I’m currently leaning toward not going. It’s not so much the cost – $2,500 will get you a pretty solid trip – but the time, blogging implications. If Nova doesn’t win on Saturday, then that’s a lot of money for one game. If they do win, Monday and Tuesday are going to be crazy busy blogging days. I’m significantly more efficient at home than on the road, especially when I’d be flying back Tuesday. Monday is also Phillies Opening Day. Time is page views. Page views are t-shirts. T-shirts are money. Page views are also money. I’m literally a better blogger from home than anywhere else. On the other hand, I’d like to see Villanova win the National Championship in person. This is proving to be a difficult decision.
