According to multiple sources, Roy Oswalt has waived his no-trade clause and agreed to come to Philadelphia.

An official announcement is still pending, but it appears the Phillies will send J.A. Happ and prospects to Houston in exchange for Roy Oswalt and cash.

It has also been reported that the Phillies do not have to pick up his 2012 option, but they added $1 million to his buyout- bringing the total to $3 million should they decide to part ways in 2012.
