Do you have any idea how big and all-encompassing the Andy Reid-Doug Pederson circle jerk has gotten? The Eagles and Chiefs have swapped players so many players that it’s beginning to feel like a game of limp biscuit, where the last remaining team will have to eat the biscuit, or wheat thin. I DON’T WANT MACLIN. He’s a win-now player on a team that’s not ready to… wait for it… win now. The Eagles vastly improved their wide receiving corps this offseason. Need, addressed. They added LeGarrette Blount (as much as I don’t like him) at running back. They addressed their skill position needs. But they have many other holes. Adding Maclin along with Alshon Jeffrey and Torrey Smith would be from the idiot’s guide to building a football team.
