That’s right.
Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Sixers have acquired James Ennis from the Houston Rockets:

Ennis is averaging 7.4 PPG/2.8 RPG/0.7 APG in 23.6 minutes per game this season. On a positive note, he’s in the midst of one of his best seasons shooting from deep at 37.3% on three attempts per game. At 6’7″ 210 lbs, he adds some needed size and length with a 6’11.5″ wingspan.
Kinker: Good switchy type of defender who addresses the depth situation.
update –
The #sixers will waive Malachi Richardson to make room for James Ennis, per sources. The Sixers acquired Richardson, Toronto's 2022 2nd round pick and the rights to Emir Preldzic yesterday in exchange for cash considerations.
