House Bill 271 was approved by the PA Senate (31-19) on October 25, 2017 and later by the PA House of Representatives (109-72) on October 26, 2017. Governor Tom Wolf signed the bill into law on October 30, 2017. The bill legalized online sports betting and opened the door for online lottery games.
