Is a Bennett Brothers Reunion in the Cards?

I wrote a bit last week about the availability of Michael Bennett’s brother, Martellus, who was cut by the Patriots after a somewhat confusing and injury-plagued season.
Former Raiders, Bills, and Jags linebacker Kirk Morrison, now a broadcaster for ESPN, Sirius, and the LA Rams, says a Bennett reunion could be possible:
If Trey Burton leaves the Eagles in Free Agency, look for the Bennett brothers (Martellus & Michael) to try to reunite in Philadelphia since their days at Texas A&M. #WordOnTheStreet

If Trey Burton walks in free agency the Eagles could do worse, assuming Martellus no longer has a shoulder issue. He’s 31 years old and one season removed from a 700 yard, 7 touchdown campaign. Sign him him to a reasonable (read: cheap) deal and have him back up Zach Ertz alongside Brent Celek? Might make sense. Maybe he gives you a combination veteran and family discount.
These are things to think about, but I’m sure you geniuses in the comments section will tell me all about how he “sucks” or that he’s “done” or that he “blows.”
