Report: Eagles Looking to Keep Patrick Robinson

Free agent Patrick Robinson was excellent for the Birds this season.
He could probably get a nice deal on the open market, but the Eagles apparently want to keep him, according to Ian Rapppppoport:
The #Eagles are working to retain CB Patrick Robinson, sources say, and the expectation is they do it before the tampering window starts. After signing a 1-year deal in 2017, Robinson emerged as one of Philly’s stars. Now he should be back.

The “tampering window” opens at noon today and allows teams to discuss potential deals with player agents. No deals are able to be finalized until Wednesday at 4 p.m.
If re-signed, the Eagles would again carry six defensive backs on the roster, with Robinson joining Ronald Darby, Jalen Mills, Sidney Jones, Rasul Douglas, and the soon-to-be-traded-for Daryl Worley. Robinson would re-assume his role as slot corner with Darby and Mills on the outsides, assuming neither is moved in the offseason.
Robinson made just $775,000 on his one-year deal with the Birds and did this in the NFC Championship Game:
