Even Mitch McConnell Thinks Jonathan Papelbon Has to Go

The only thing more sleep-inducing to non-baseball fans than baseball is Mitch McConnell’s voice. So hearing him talk baseball might be a dangerous proposition this early in your work day. But even though common sense might not be all too widespread in D.C., it’s good to know that one of the most prominent figures in town doesn’t want Jonathan Papelbon around either. And to Paps, as a Republican, this must be like having Santa Claus say you’re an asshole.
