In the case that Trevor Booker’s total omission from last night’s game wasn’t an indicator for you, reports today say the Sixers will waive the power forward they acquired in December:

Booker was acquired on December 7th from the Nets in exchange for Jahlil Okafor, Nik Stauskas, and a 2nd round pick. They got 33 days out of Booker before cutting him to fit Ersan Ilyasova, whose signing should be announced any minute now.

Ilyasova, of course, is a much better fit for this team and played for the Sixers last season. Booker gave the squad some energy, defense, and rebounding off the bench but wasn’t exactly an offensive juggernaut.

Edit: confirmed

Edit: he’s going to Indy
