Behold, the Worst Two Minutes in Wheel of Fortune History

I’ve watched this video clip a few times and just cannot comprehend what I am witnessing:

This is so ridiculous that I have to break it out in chronological order:

1. Laura says “another feather in your hat” (wrong)
2. Christopher asks for the letter G
3. Thomas goes bankrupt
4. Laura says “another feather in your lap” (wrong)
5. Christopher asks for the letter D
6. Thomas loses a turn
7. Laura decides to spin the wheel, then asks for a P
8. Laura then says “another feather in your map” (wrong)
9. Christopher goes bankrupt
10. Thomas decides to spin, then asks for a C, and solves the puzzle

This really is amazing television. It just kept getting worse and worse. Thomas knew it the entire time but was bankrupt. And poor Laura. She tried everything she could think of. Another feather in your hat. Another feather in your lap. Another feather in your map. Sounds like a Dr. Seuss book that wasn’t good enough to go to print.
