Pennsylvania online casino withdrawals

In the online casino industry, every operator is quick to give you the rundown on how to make a deposit.

However, making a withdrawal can be a little more complex.

But, we’ve got you covered.

When it comes to Pennsylvania online casinos, there are a lot of different options for receiving your available funds. Some carry different financial limits or time frames for transactions, but all should get you your money.

Key Things to Know About PA Online Casino Withdrawals

Before we get into the different options you have for making a withdrawal from your PA iGaming, there’s some important things to keep in mind.

  • Each online casino in Pennsylvania will need processing time to assess the withdrawal request. This is done so the operator can confirm that the funds are being sent to the right individual and the right location. Typical processing times take anywhere from 24-72 hours. Once processed by the online casino, there will be additional wait times based on the withdrawal method.
  • Many online casinos will require you to make a deposit using a payment method before it will allow you to make a withdrawal using that same method.
  • While some operators accept credit cards as a form of payment, you can’t make a withdrawal to a credit card.

Available Withdrawal Options at PA Online Casinos

Here’s a rundown of the different withdrawal options you might find at a Pennsylvania online casino and any additional information that might come with them.

Debit Cards

Debit cards are one of the most common forms of banking with an iGaming platform. Once an online casino has processed your debit card withdrawal request, funds are typically transferred immediately. Most situations have a minimum withdrawal of $10, while maximums range in the five-figure amounts. Debit card transactions post directly to your bank account.

Online Banking

If using online banking or an eCheck, this has you making an electronic transaction similar to a direct deposit or through Automated Clearing House. Once processed, it can still take anywhere from 1-3 days for the transaction to reflect in your bank account. These withdrawal methods will tend to have a minimum amount requirement, usually around $10.

Virtual Wallets

A growing and popular transaction option with iGaming has become virtual wallets. That includes Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Skrill. These virtual wallets connect your banking cards to an online account for seamless transactions. Once processed by the operator, funds should appear immediately in your virtual wallet or bank account. These can carry low minimum withdrawal requirements.

Wire Transfers

Typically left for large transactions, you aren’t likely to need a wire transfer as a withdrawal method. However, if you do, these can take 1-3 days to receive after being processed by the online casino. Minimums tend to be quite large, as big as $50,000, as they are a more complex transaction.

Cash at Casino

Multiple iGaming operators have the option for customers to visit a retail casino partner. Players make this request and, after processing, the operator can need anywhere from 24 hours to a week to set it up with the retail location. Players then visit the cage at the casino to receive the funds. In most cases they are limited to a maximum of $100,000 per transaction.

Check by Mail

If none of the other options work for you, most iGaming operators are willing to send you a check by mail with your winnings. Minimums for this option typically start around $250. Following processing of the request, receiving the check can take anywhere from 5-15 business days via the mail.
