Pennsylvania Online Casinos Shatter Monthly Revenue Record With $312.5 Million In October
By Drew Ellis

The previous monthly revenue record for Pennsylvania online casinos was shattered in October, creating a new mark for all iGaming states.
Last month, Pennsylvania online casino operators produced $312.5 million in gross revenue. That topped the previous mark of $294.2 million set in March by more than $18 million.
This marks the first time a state has surpassed $300 million in online casino revenue for a month as well, with Pennsylvania blazing past that and immediately getting over $310 million.
Breaking Down Pennsylvania Online Casino October 2025 Revenue
Along with the new record in October, the state increased revenue year-over-year by over $67 million. It was an increase of 27.4% in revenue compared to October 2024’s $245.2 million.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board provided the latest numbers, highlighting their adjusted gaming revenue. That total removes promotional dollars from the gross revenue total. The adjusted revenue in October was $251.1 million.
The PGCB also lists their iGaming revenue by licensee. Online casino gaming launched in the state in 2019 with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate in the state. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Many of these licensees are affiliated with more than one online casino brand in Pennsylvania. However, their revenue is reported collectively.
Here’s a look at the gross gaming revenue numbers by licensee for October.

October Sees Record Revenue Across US
Pennsylvania’s results are surprising in just how big of a record it set, but not in the fact it set a new record in October.
Thus far, the top three iGaming markets have all produced record months of revenue.
New Jersey online casinos produced $260.3 million in revenue for October. That was a new monthly record by nearly $12 million.
Michigan online casinos followed up with $278.5 million in October, a new record by over $15 million.
Between these three states, that’s $851.3 million in iGaming revenue for October.
In August, the seven US online casino states combined for $910.4 million in gross gaming revenue, with Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania combining for $803.2 million.
With this latest surge, the US iGaming industry is inching closer and closer to its first $1 billion revenue month. Not all states have reported their October revenue, but last month will surely be the closest the industry has gotten to that milestone mark. It’s almost certain we will see it reached sometime in 2026.
