Did Wawa Curse The Phillies Ahead of Game 4?

Wawa’s been on a roll of late. They created Schwarberfest. They extended Schwarberfest. They may or may not have been responsible for a Schwarberfest banner flying over Citizens Bank Park before Game 3. But, there’s a question that needs to be asked: Did they curse the Phillies?

Innocuous tweet, right? Not if you’re the Phillies, who were no hit in Game 4 of the World Series. I’m not saying that Biff Tannen was behind the tweet, but what did Wawa know and what kind of time-traveling hoagie technology are they hiding behind the deli counter?
Good news, though. If you followed Wawa’s advice, you’ll have leftovers for lunch on Thursday.
